Spicy Chipotle Martini Recipe
Last year Hubby and I went on a cruise. One of the fun things we did was a Martini Tasting. There were several to choose from but the Spicy Chipotle Martini was by far my favorite. It had a sweet, spicy, minty kick. I knew I just had to have the recipe. Thankfully, a friend got it for me on her last cruise. I just had to share it with you. I found the Monin Syrup on Amazon.com. 2 oz Vodka
1 oz Monin Chipotle Pineapple Syrup
1 oz Pineapple Juice
0.5 oz simple syrup
6-8 mint leaves
Garnish with Mint Leaf
This just piqued my interest. I can't imagine a chipotle martini. What an interesting combination! I wasn't sure if the flavors would compliment or fight against each other but sounds like it turned out well. I like the idea of a sweet kick but not much into pineapple. My husband would enjoy it though with all the pineapple.
