alwyas take lots of water. your body can go without food for a few days but cant survive without water.
ReplyDeleteI actually have a halfway decent earthquake kit put together at my house. I've got large bottles of water (need to rotate new ones in around july), a hand-crank powered radio, allergy medicine, food, cat food, etc. I would like to get an extra propane tank for cooking outside on the bbq if we needed, but man those suckers are expensive.
ReplyDeleteI live in Florida,so we are on alert for hurricanes or bad storms.watch the weather channel,research what is recommended to keep on hand for emergencies.make plans,practice.MOST of all be aware.
