  3. I NEED THE RIGHT BLANKET FOR THE SEASON TO WRAP UP IN. LOVE MY FEATHER PILLOW & CUDDLING WITH THEM & THE TV ON FOR NOISE. MUST HAVE NOISE. THANKS

  4. My little routine is this: let the dogs out, brush my teeth, let the dogs in, and all three of us head upstairs to bed. Having the right sheets/quilt for the weather is important too.

  5. the most important routine is to be at a comfortable temperature. whether that means turning a fan on when its freezing or a heating blanket when i'm feeling sick and having the chills, so be it! i need to be at a comfortable temp to prevent me from waking up continuously throughout the night.

  9. We bought a Sleep Number bed, and that's helped immensely, but as someone else pointed out, a great pillow helps too. I still wake up with a sore neck or a headache if I don't sleep properly on my pillow, or if it's getting old and needs to be replaced.
